How long does my order take to ship?

Currently, shipping of items takes place within 4 days of orders. Shipping for customized items depends on the item being customized but typically within a week the item will be shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, Hickory Grove LLC is shipping U.S. domestic only. International Shipping is coming soon. Stay tuned!

What is your return policy? 

If our product doesn’t meet your satisfaction, or if it breaks, send it back to us free of charge. We’ll handle the shipping and refund you your money.
